Picked this drink randomly last week, out of my favorite cocktails book, Ultimate Bar Book. That's pretty much my method of making drinks, browsing through recipes for interesting combinations of things we have on the shelf. Acapulco
1 oz gold tequila 1 oz gold rum 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice 3 oz pineapple juice
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
It came out frothy and fruity!
